Mentoring
As certified marriage mentors, we guide courting, engaged and married couples on their journey towards happily ever after, by providing them with the right tools needed to overcome any obstacles and truly become one.
Courting and Engagement
One of the groups of people we mentor are courting and engaged couples. What is courting you might ask? Courting is the process of trying to attract and woo a romantic partner to create a long-term relationship or to marry the partner. A.K.A Dating to Marry. And engaged is the formal agreement to go ahead and get married.

Upwards of 87% of young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 plan on getting married and 82% expect that to be for life.
With poor dating habits and divorce rates at all time highs, there is an increasing reluctance to make the commitment, but there shouldn't be! Marriage is one of the most rewarding things in life and all it takes is the proper guidance and education to make sure you are well equipped with the tools needed to overcome adversities.
Research has shown that 76% of married couples say they wish they had pre-marriage education. And that is because it is so crucial to the success of a marriage that you know what you are getting into and how to handle all possible obstacles before you take the leap. You wouldn't go zip-lining without a harness or helmet would you? Or build a house without a proper foundation? So why would you take vows for marriage without the necessary preparation?
That's where we come in!

Marriage
The other group of people we work with are married couples.
If you are married, congratulations! Finding someone that loves and cares enough to spend their life with you was the hardest part.
Though neither of you are perfect, nor should you expect to be, you are expected to be perfect for one another. The best way to do that is by taking the time and energy to get to know your spouse on a level that even surprises them!
How? Well I'm glad you asked, the SYMBIS assessment that we use, uses psychology, social science and faith based tools to take your marriage to a whole new level.
As is natural in any long-term relationship, you may be experiencing some turbulence. You would be surprised at how far a guided sit down and evaluation of your circumstances can help to patch up small holes in the relationship and even make you fall in love all over again.
You don't have to take our word for it, just take a look at these interesting statistics:

- Couples who do not receive marital education are
more likely to see their problems as typical and
unsolvable.

- 41% of divorced couples say that the lack of marital education contributed to their divorce.

- Couples are 31% less likely to get divorced if
they get some sort of marital education.

You may be reading this and feel like everything is perfect in your marriage, and simultaneously curious about doing an assessment anyway. You can and we encourage it! You still oil up a working car right? Your marriage is the same and deserves the same care and attention for long-term maintenance.
